How do I retrieve my Avon account? ›

Your Avon Account Number is your key to accessing your account. If you've misplaced it, don't panic! You will have received a Welcome Email from Avon confirming it when you joined. You can also contact your Sales Leader, who will be able to find it for you.

You can cancel your independent sales rep Avon account by not placing any orders. If you do not submit three consecutive orders, the account should automatically withdraw you as a representative. Keep in mind, all unpaid payments on the account must be settled before canceling.

If you've forgotten your password after you've signed into Avon.com for the first time, go to Avon.com and enter your email address (all lowercase) on the sign-in page, then select the “Forgot Your Password” link.

No Representative may have multiple Avon accounts.
